Who we are

Pilot Logistics Services Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian company, incorporated in 2009 and headquartered in Klang, Selangor. We're a freight forwarder, warehouse operator and haulier, working out of our own facilities and our own fleet rather than subcontracting the core of the job out.

Our fleet

We run trucking operations end to end for some of Malaysia's largest beverage companies — the full fleet, our own trucks plus partner hauliers, across West and East Malaysia. The core fleet is 41-ft curtain-sider trailers carrying 24 pallets per truck, supported by 3-ton trucks and a prime mover with trailers for heavier or specialised loads. Every truck is GPS-tracked and monitored daily, and our drivers are employed and trained in-house rather than sourced through an agency.

Our warehouses in Klang

We operate two warehouses in Klang, totalling roughly 213,000 sqft with 21 loading bays and around 20,000 pallet positions of racked storage. Combined throughput runs at around 1,800 TEUs a month, and we track 100% stock accuracy through receiving, put-away and dispatch.

Services cover receiving and put-away, racked storage, pick-pack-dispatch, palletizing, and onward distribution straight into our own fleet — one operation from the goods arriving to the goods being delivered, rather than a handoff between separate vendors.

Forwarding and customs, in-house

We prepare and lodge import and export declarations electronically with Royal Malaysian Customs (JKDM) through our own in-house forwarding declaration team, with clearance coverage at all Malaysian ports. That means the people handling your declaration work for us, not a third party we've outsourced the paperwork to.

East Malaysia

We're one of the highest-volume freight forwarders moving cargo into East Malaysia — full containers and general cargo, weekly, into Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Door-to-door delivery, including customs and final-mile, runs through our own team and long-standing partners on the ground rather than a one-off arrangement per shipment.

Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan are separate customs territories from Peninsular Malaysia, so shipments moving West Malaysia to East Malaysia need customs documentation even though the move is domestic. We handle that as a matter of course.

Air freight at KLIA

We run daily air import clearance operations at KLIA for FMCG cargo, and hold partnership agreements with major airline GSAs that give us priority uplift and competitive rates on air shipments.
